Terms & Conditions – ThripuraFarm

By purchasing goats or engaging with ThripuraFarm, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Video Call Verification

  • We provide a video call inspection of the goat before confirmation of purchase.

  • During the video call, the buyer must satisfy themselves regarding the goat’s health, size, and condition.

  • Once the buyer approves during the video call, the selection is considered final.

2. Delivery & Final Check

  • At the time of delivery, the buyer must check the goat carefully before accepting it.

  • Once the goat is delivered and accepted, it will not be taken back, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

3. No Return Policy

  • Goats are live animals; therefore, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed after delivery.

  • ThripuraFarm is not responsible for any issues arising after delivery due to handling, environment, or management by the buyer.

4. Farm Visit Policy

  • Farm visits are allowed only with prior permission from ThripuraFarm.

  • Visits are subject to availability, timing, and biosecurity rules.

  • Unauthorized visits are strictly prohibited.

5. Health Responsibility

  • Goats are delivered in healthy condition to the best of our knowledge.

  • Post-delivery health care, feeding, and management are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Right to Refuse Service

  • ThripuraFarm reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a deal if terms are not followed or in case of misuse.
