Shipping Policy – ThripuraFarm

1. Delivery Service

• ThripuraFarm provides delivery service for goats to the buyer’s location.

• Delivery is arranged based on distance, location, and transport availability.

2. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges are to be paid by the buyer.

• The delivery fee will be calculated after reaching the animals, based on the type of transport used, such as:

  • Auto

  • Bike

  • Pickup / Truck

  • Other suitable transport

• Charges may vary depending on distance, fuel cost, and transport type.

3. Payment of Shipping Fees

• Delivery charges must be paid at the time of delivery or as informed by ThripuraFarm.

• Goat delivery will be completed only after shipping charges are cleared.

4. Responsibility During Transit

• ThripuraFarm ensures safe handling during transport.

• Once the goat is delivered and accepted, all responsibility transfers to the buyer.

5. Delivery Timing

• Delivery time depends on route, transport availability, and weather conditions.

• Any delays due to unavoidable circumstances will be communicated to the buyer.

6. No Cancellation During Delivery

• Once delivery has started, cancellation is not allowed.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
